board still with adds

on 9/4/09 I created a forum called Design_Nation.
My Co-Owner made payment the same day and recieved the confirmation.

Payment receipt for Invoice #5338, sent on 09/04/2009.


but our board still as the adds and still has not cleared into the bronze plan.

I have tried to file help tickets as well as I have sent emails.
for some reason the help tickets would never create and the email i never got a response.

when will this kick in and the adds be removed? and since it was prorated will we be credited for the diffrence. its not much but it has been almost 2 weeks since payment was made and confirmed.

help please.

Hi Silver,

No, nothing needs to be done.  What we will do is credit his PayPal account (send him a payment), to reimburse him for one months worth of service.

That is great.
but we have now received notification that the board will be canceled due to none payment. and the email says now it is $12.

I am a bit confused.
