Best Time To Get Paid Plan

I was wondering, what is would be the best time to purchase a paid board, what with the changeover happening.
Would you advise me to wait a couple of weeks until all is settled?
Also, when purchasing a board will it be payable by the month or year?

Well it doesn't really matter when you get one, cause even if you get one now it'll be turned into an SMF message board sooner rather than later.

And you can choose the terms of payments, from monthly to yearly and in between.
