If you or your users are experiencing network issues with Boardnation, please do a traceroute and open a ticket with the results. Here's how to do a traceroute in Windows:
Read this site
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/12137 or read the instructions below
- Click the Start Menu
- All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt
- type tracert users.boardnation.com
- Right click on the menu bar and click edit -> select all
- Right click on the menu bar again and click edit -> copy
- Paste that somewhere
This will help us figure out problems with people connecting to Boardnation. If you are using another OS (Mac OSX or a Linux distro), just post and I will give you instructions.
Update: In addition to the traceroute results, we need the date/time of when you did it and your ip address.
